Darkness falls,
But theres a glimmer of light.
My hopes and dreams,
Are finally in sight.
So I reach for them,
But they pull away.
Then I run for them,
and they go astray.
My mind is so full,
And my thoughts are racing.
Everything I've ever wanted,
Right in front of me.
So I reach again,
With all my might.
Then it blows away,
Out of sight.
